Faculty Representatives from the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University (FP Unud), Attend Training of Trainers (TOT) for OASE LMS-Based Distance Learning (PJJ)

DENPASAR, August 6, 2026 — In an effort to enhance the quality and effectiveness of digital learning, faculty representatives from the Faculty of Agriculture at Udayana University (FP Unud) were assigned to participate in a Training of Trainers (TOT) session on Distance Learning (PJJ). The event took place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 09:00 to 13:00 WITA at the AIPT Secretariat Room, 3rd Floor of the Unud Postgraduate Building, Denpasar Campus.

This training was organized in response to a letter from the Acting Head of LP3M Unud (Reference No.: B/210/UN14.4.B/JM.02.00/2026). Pursuant to the Assignment Letter from the Dean of FP Unud (No. 1640/UN14.2.6/DL.17./2026), the Faculty of Agriculture delegated two lecturers as prospective trainers:

Ni Wayan Febriana Utami, S.P., M.Si., Ph.D. (Landscape Architecture Study Program)

Ayi Priana, S.P., M.Sc. (Agroecotechnology Study Program)

Centered on the theme "Utilization of the OASE LMS for Online Learning," the training aimed to equip prospective trainers with a comprehensive understanding of how to optimize Unud’s OASE Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Moving forward, the trained participants are expected to disseminate this knowledge and assist fellow lecturers within the Faculty of Agriculture in designing and managing high-quality, interactive online courses.

Focus on OASE LMS Utilization

The primary agenda of this TOT focused on the utilization of the OASE LMS for online learning. Through this training, participants acquired technical and methodological skills ranging from operating OASE’s interactive features and preparing asynchronous course materials to effectively managing digital learning assessments. It is expected that the results of this training will be promptly disseminated to all teaching staff within the Faculty of Agriculture at Udayana University (FP Unud) to support the creation of a high-quality, adaptive, and interactive digital learning ecosystem.
